Parabole Bowl I - Stone

Harmony in duality. Two identical volumes seamlessly meld into a singular bowl, separated by a gap defining their union. The arrangement of these components results in the formation of either a shallow or deep variation of the bowl.
The name of the bowl refers to the distinctive detail created by hollowing out the stone, revealing an intriguing interplay between the solidity of the material and the void within the curvature.
For the making of this object, we worked closely together with Ateliers Anthony Cognaux, master stone masons.
